Providing HR support to the business with a focus on delivering a high levels of customer service to the HR team on a range of HR processes. From; Creating offer documents and own all HR associated Onboarding activities, including system updates Undertaking New Hire inductions Monthly preparation of Payroll and follow up on payroll queries Supporting the annual Performance Management cycle and respond to employee and HR Business Partner queries Tracking Leaves of Absence in absence management tool Processing Employee Terminations, and issue relevant paperwork Supporting management of benefits, including enrolment or termination of benefits Managing Employee files including daily filing, audits and archiving Providing Subject Matter expertise in HR processes, policies and tools Skills; An interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages is essential (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Turkish).
